I want my customer's to have total reassurance and peace of mind when purchasing an item from my store. Customer satisfaction is my main goal and that is why I have put together a fair, free, easy, no hassle clear return policy.
I have created a self service return process and can send out a free shipping label as soon as you submit a return request so that you can have the option to return the product for store credit, choose a different product to the original value of the purchased item or have a refund to the original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE:
* Discounted item's are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Returned item's must be returned in original product packaging and have no visible sign's of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following step's:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product's you would like to return.
2. send me a photo of your item that you wish to return 9please note I will not be able to validate a return without having a photo)
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will recieve by email.
4. Send item back using the label provided.
Return Period :
Customer's have 30 day's to return an item.
Valid reasons for a Return :
A return will only be validated if it is lost, arrives damaged, Incorrect order, fail's to meet the expectation's of the consumer.
